Hubby and I went for a late lunch. We both had 2 tacos a la carte: carne asada and al pastor. I really enjoyed them both, although the al pastor with the pineapples was my favorite. We will definitely be back!
Dined in on a Friday night. Loved the casual, friendly atmosphere. Not many tables, and all were full, so we sat at the bar. Bartender was great, checked on us often and kept us filled. Had the Paleo Plate and Enchiladas (pork, ground beef and chicken). Both dishes were amazing. Somehow even the black beans were better than most places! Highly recommend the prickly pear margarita!! We will definitely be back!
We were out and about looking for a place to have lunch. We came across Bubba Garcia's! I must say, the food was spot on delicious, the atmosphere is very laid back and friendly staff. Our server was very kind and courteous amd kept our drink refills full. I had the Burrito Gringo with chicken, they didn't stuff the burrito with unnecessary amounts of rice. It just had the chicken and normal fillings. The beans and rice were also great but they do have additional sides if you don't like the traditional beans and rice. We will definitely be coming back in the future!
